OMG, IT’S MENCHI!

“The things officials do when they reckon no one’ll know.” Psycho’s laughter came from the floating purple cloud as it followed after them. “Right, who next? District Attorney?”
“Sounds good!” She altered course. “Ah, how the other half lives!”

They brought the beleaguered bureaucrats to the roof of a nightclub downtown and tied them up there with duct tape. “Now, if any of you try to leave, I’ll bring you your childrens’ eyes,” Safeword hissed. “Besides, you don’t wanna miss the party downstairs, do you?”“I love the fear in their eyes. It’s been a while since I seen it.” Psycho smiled down at one of the men, reaching out and pinched his nose tightly with his skeletal hand. “And aren’t you glad I brought that mute gas? They can scream ‘n fuss all they want but no sounds at all.”
“You think of everything,” Safeword replied teasingly.
She went to a footlocker she’d planted on the roof earlier, opened it up, and got out some nice, big guns. “All the flashy, preternatural powers in the world can’t match the cold, hard feeling a person gets in his gut when he sees one of these your hands. Catch.” She tossed him one.

“Later boys!” Psycho called to the guards who were now vomiting their meals on the floor, barely able to stand. He turned into another cloud of smoke and leaped out of the window, following after Safeword easily through the night sky.
Safeword tsked at the petrified Mayor. “Mr. Mayor, that wasn’t your wife in your bed just now, was it? It sure didn’t look like her!”
“I’ll give you anything you want,” he whimpered.
“But, Izzy, you ARE what we want,” she cackled.“The things officials do when they reckon no one’ll know.” Psycho’s laughter came from the floating purple cloud as it followed after them. “Right, who next? District Attorney?”

He turned to smoke the second she shattered the glass and only reformed and landed on the ground. Beneath his feet the glass crunched, and already he could hear the sounds of guards coming.
“My dear you know nothin’ of sneakin’ round do you?” he asks her, somewhat affectionately, as the purple nerve gas from beneath his very skin began to waft out from beneath his jacket. Of course it kept clear of Safeword, it did as he wanted it to after all.
She shrugged and charged right up to the Mayor’s bed. “Five bucks says he’s naked!” She yanked the terrified, cringing official out of bed. “Nope. Underwear.” She tucked him under her arm, giggling devilishly. “Come on!”
She bailed out of the window, the Mayor shrieking like a little girl all the way. Thankfully, he was much skinnier than the last guy.

“I fuckin’ hate kids.” Psycho muttered as he held onto his hat with his free hand, “I say just the Mayor. Show him what kinda work he just got himself into.”
“Me too,” she agreed, evidently a little relieved. “Tuck in, Psych, I’m going in.”
She tucked in her wings and plunged through the window with a crash of splintering glass. He turned to smoke the second she shattered the glass and only reformed and landed on the ground. Beneath his feet the glass crunched, and already he could hear the sounds of guards coming.

“I agree.” he groaned softly, since her paw had that lovely roughness to it that he loved oh so very much. So he took her hand, like a gentleman, and smiled. “Let’s proceed.”
“You got it.” She took it, and jumped off the side of the building, flying towards the mayor-elect’s mansion. “Think we should take just the newly minted mayor or his family too? Don’t wanna spread ourselves too thin, you know.”

Psycho smirks as he pushes a hand down and rubbed her right between her legs through the flimsy material she wore. “Oh I know. I know.” he whispered darkly. “Try to control ourselves, huh?” he asked, pulling his hand from her.
Safeword giggled and returned the favor, swiping over his pants with her paw. “But not too much,” she suggested.
She ruffed her wings a bit. “All I can suggest is, we’d better go soon, or the whole night’s gonna be a loss.”“I agree.” he groaned softly, since her paw had that lovely roughness to it that he loved oh so very much. So he took her hand, like a gentleman, and smiled. “Let’s proceed.”

Take Down
“No,” he answered, walking her out of the jail. “You have far more potential than that. If Uncle Sam doesn’t pay and pay big, you’re going to level this city for me. If I can’t have it, no one will.”
She starts laughing at that. She brought the bloody hand that was applying pressure up to her face. She smears the blood along her forehead and hair while laughing.
“So let me get this straight. If they don’t pay you, you are going to have me do, what I’m supposed to fuckin’ do anyways. That is an epic fail. You think they won’t activate me once they realize my cover has been fully blown. They are always watching, listening and tracking me.”
She turned to face him fully, holding her one arm out that she could move.
“You are playing right into their hands. Never thought I would run into someone that actually wanted me to complete my mission. Everyone else is trying to prevent it.”
“So, you’re saying I should just kill you, then?” He leveled the gun at her head.
“Nah, I’m saying you need a better idea.”
She moved her hand quickly to the wristband, slapping the boom button. It had recovered and sent out a blast. At the same time she had pushed her GTFO button, turning invisible. She quickly ran up to him as he flew back and grabbed her cane. It became invisible with her touch. She was off and running. She needed to see Psycho or Anton. One or the other would work with a bullet hole. She wasn’t going to turn visible until she found one of them.
The old mobster formerly known as the Undertaker picked himself up, grinning like an idiot. “Why the hell don’t I have one of those?”
He hobbled off down the street. He wasn’t worried about pissing off Sub- waving enough money in her face would get her back on his side.
Nor was he worried about losing Sinner- there were certain interests in the city who knew full well what she was made for. They would keep him abreast of her movements.
He’d stood up to two supers and had them at his mercy. That was all he cared about tonight.
The old school wasn’t dead yet. And it was ready for a comeback.

He managed to regain his breathing. “Damn you must be horny as anything right now to kiss me like that.” Psycho grinned as one of his hands held onto her arm. “Not that there’s anythin’ wrong with that.” he added.
“I am,” she purred, nuzzling him slightly, “but we’re working, remember?”

“I think its time for phase two.” Psycho announced, walking to the edge of the roof of the building, pulling away from he as he did. The wind ruffled his coat and the fur, rustling it, and he turned his head to smile at her. “The night’s still young, after all.”
“One thing first.” She approached him and kissed him deeply. “I fucking love you, you bastard.”
